A three alarm fire raged through two wings of the Carriage House Apartments at 3602 South 180th on Friday Sept. 15  as crews with ladder trucks tried to gain control of the blaze.  Heavy smoke poured from the roof of the structure one of four large buildings on the site. No injuries were reported.

No cause was known as the fire was still being dealt with at 5:30pm and was not fully under control.
