Good news guys, a deep low pressure system is throwing waves of storms, and snow, at the Pacific North West. Mt. Baker, Stevens Pass, the Summit at Snoqualmie, and Crystal Mountain all received 4-6 inches last night once the freezing level dropped. These areas are expected to continue to receive lots of snow until Tuesday, due to big low pressure ridges hitting from Sunday night and Tuesday morning. The front will bring rain and thunder to the coastal and low lying areas with chances of thunder snow up high. Kaboom! Natures level of stoke is high. But beware, temperatures are expected to keep dropping across the cascades over the weekend, so bundle up!
