The Washington State Patrol said Friday evening that a suspect, a 30 year old man was arrested in the hit and run incident that took place around 2 a.m. A tweet from Trooper Rick Johnson explained "#Arrested! Thanks to the #Media and Twitter followers the truck has been found and suspect arrested and booked into jail. The truck a bit different then earlier but confirmed to be the correct one. Alfred James Becker, 30 from Renton was arrested by detectives this afternoon."
Police say he struck 44 year old Josh Coley killing him as he was putting gas in his SUV, and left the scene. He was booked into King County Jail and now faces a maximum 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine. Tips from social media and the rugby community led police to the truck's location. It had been concealed for more than 19 hours but the bag of balls left at the scene were recognized. Becker contacted his attorney and turned himself in.

A 44 year old man has died after being hit by a truck just after 2 a.m. on the eastbound SR 518 onramp from Des Moines Way near Sea-Tac. The driver took off.
According to the Washington State Patrol the truck was entering the on-ramp and struck a disabled vehicle that had run out of gas and was on the side of the road. The man was putting gas in his SUV when he was struck.The gas can was found at the scene.
The collision did heavy damage to the left side of the driver's truck and in the process dislodged rugby gear and rugby balls in a net were found at the scene.
Police say that the suspect’s vehicle has multiple toolboxes and a winch. It was last seen traveling eastbound on SR 518.
