Boys soccer
Highline will take on Burlington-Edison in a 6 p.m. Friday state Class 2A semifinal at Sunset Chevrolet Stadium in Sumner, with the winner playing for the title at 5 p.m. Saturday and the loser for third place at 12 p.m.
Columbia River and Franklin Pierce are in the other 2A semifinal at 8 p.m. Friday.
Track and field
State Class 1B/2B/1A action runs Thursday through Saturday at Eastern Washington University in Cheney, while Mount Tahoma High School is hosting the 2A/3A/4A action the same days.
Competition starts at 3 p.m. Thursday at Mount Tahoma and at 11 a.m. Friday and 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
The Cheney schedule has action starting at 4 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. Friday and 9:15 a.m. Saturday.
Tennis
The state Class 2A tournament is being played Friday and Saturday at the Nordstrom Tennis Center in Seattle while the 3A and 4A tournaments are taking place the same days in the Tri-Cities area.
Golf
State golf tournaments are being played Tuesday and Wednesday at various sites in Eastern Washington.

Seawolves
Seattle’s Major League Rugby team is playing its final regular season home match at 5 p.m. Sunday at the Starfire complex in Tukwila against New Orleans.
It is sold out except for overflow room only and can be seen on ROOT Sports cable television.
Sounders
Seattle hosts Real Salt Lake for a 1 p.m. Saturday Major League Soccer match at CenturyLink Field.

Mariners
Seattle visits the Oakland A’s for 7:05 p.m. Major League Baseball action Tuesday and Wednesday and for a 12:35 p.m. game Thursday.
The Mariners come home to Safeco Field to play the Minnesota Twins at 7:10 p.m. Friday and Saturday and at 1:10 p.m. Sunday.
All Mariners games are carried on ROOT Sports.
Storm
Seattle’s women’s basketball team visits Phoenix for a 7 p.m. game Wednesday before hosting Chicago at 7 p.m. Friday at the Key Arena. The Storm breezes off to Las Vegas for 5 p.m. action Sunday.
