State tournament
West Seattle plays Sammamish in a 4 p.m. state winner’s bracket semifinal in Sedro Woolley on Tuesday.
The Major Little League age 10-12 all-star baseball tournament winner’s bracket final is at the same time Thursday, with the provisional championship at 12 p.m. Saturday and the if-necessary game at 12 p.m. Sunday.

Highline Bears
Highline visits the North Sound Emeralds for 6:05 p.m. action Monday and Tuesday before dropping in on the Northwest Blaze at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday and on the Seattle Studs at 5:35 p.m. Thursday.
The Bears come home to Mel Olson Stadium at Steve Cox Memorial Park in White Center to play the Everett Merchants at 7:05 p.m. Friday.
Highline goes on the road again Sunday, visiting the Northwest Honkers at 1:05 p.m.

Mariners
Seattle, which has the fourth best record in Major League Baseball, continues its quest for a playoff berth when it hosts the San Francisco Giants for a 7:10 p.m. game Tuesday and for a 1:10 p.m. game Wednesday at Safeco Field.
The Mariners travel to Anaheim to play the Los Angeles Angels at 7 p.m. Friday, 6:07 p.m. Saturday and 1:07 p.m. Sunday.
Mariners games are carried on the ROOT Sports cable television network, although Wednesday’s game will be shown on Facebook only.

Seattle visits San Jose for a 7:30 p.m. Major League Soccer match Wednesday before coming home to CenturyLink Field to play New York City at 2 p.m. Sunday.
