An adult caucasian male was captured on security cameras in both stills and video stealing cigarettes from a store in Des Moines last week. (See their Twitter feed for video. He was driving a gray station wagon and entered the store, quickly grabbed several cartons of cigarettes from below the counter and exited the store. This was a Shell gas station convenience store.
