Chief Sealth senior Dontae McMillan put on quite a show all night and West Seattle put up a fight in the end.

The result was that Sealth took a big lead and hung on for a 29-14 Huling Bowl victory over the Wildcats at the Southwest Athletic Complex on Friday.

McMillan scored three touchdowns in three different ways, grabbed a share of a tackle for a safety and came through with an interception.

He gained 150 yards as a running back.with one touchdown, caught another and ran a punt back for a third.

"It's my last year and I have to do it for my team," McMillan said.

Twin brother Jalonie McMillan scored the other touchdown for Chief Sealth and also had an interception.

"They had a heck of a night," said Seahawks assistant coach Terry More of the McMillans.

Senior quarterback Anthony Waiters completed 13 passes for 111 yards and two touchdowns and Jesse Brown caught four passes for 51 yards. Brown also handled the kicking duties.

Donate McMillan scored the first touchdown with 4:02 to play in the first quarter on a 24-yard run around the right side.

He struck again on a 90-yard pass reception and run up the middle at 7:27 in the second quarter.

Jalone McMillan tacked on a 15-yard score on a 15-yard reception in the end zone with 15 seconds left in the half and Sealth led, 20-0, at the intermission.

Dontae McMillan opened the second half with a 98-yard touchdown on a punt return at 9:45 to go in the third quarter.

Two more points were tacked on at 8:43 in the third quarter on a safety. A bad snap led to Dontae McMillan and Chase Gaither sharing a tackle in the end zone for a 29-0 advantage.

West Seattle battled back with the final two touchdowns and threatened for more.

Quarterback Cyrus Storlie scored the first on an 18-yard pass just over the right pylon and barely inside the right sideline at 11:08 to go in the fourth quarter.

The final score came on a 6-yard play to Colin Roman on the left side at 5:12.
