Two Ballard apartment projects are the subject of online virtual meetings on Oct. 19. The two projects represent a total of 362 apartments coming to NW Market Street. The first is a five story 240 unit apartment building with no parking coming to 907 NW Market.  The second is a smaller project with seven stories and 122 apartments. This one has 70  parking spaces proposed. The meetings are at 5pm and 7pm

 Both are Early Design Guidance meetings.
