Traffic impacts to build a new concrete bus stop platform at West Marginal Way SW and Highland Park Way SW intersection

This weekend, October 17-18, SDOT crews are building a new concrete bus stop platform at the northwest corner of the West Marginal Way SW and Highland Park Way SW intersection. This new bus stop platform is being installed in advance of Metro moving its existing bus stop at the intersection from the northeast corner to the northwest corner.

The traveling public can expect delays during this work from approximately 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM both Saturday and Sunday. 

• People driving northbound on West Marginal Way SW and turning left onto Highland Park Way SW will be merged into single left-turn lane.
• People driving westbound on Highland Park Way SW and going through the intersection will merge before (west) of the intersection into a single through lane. 

Right lane closure this weekend on westbound Olson Pl SW for tree trimming

An SDOT crew is scheduled to work this Saturday and Sunday on westbound Olson Pl SW to clear obstructed signage and street lights, as well as clean up debris from this week's wind event. This will require a right lane closure for westbound Olson Place SW. Work hours are scheduled from 7 AM to 4 PM both Saturday and Sunday.
