To the editor,
I'm a rural landowner in SE King County and I've never written a newspaper in my life but the events that happened on Jan. 6th to our democratic process at the Capital Building put real fear in to into my heart, and the hearts of many. This is not over.
As long as the former president is allowed to walk away from this incident without bipartisan accountability, as directed by the US Senate, then this country is in real jeopardy of losing its democracy. Everyone knows what happened on Jan. 6th and what the former president did to encourage it, so I personally feel its the OBLIGATION of folks such as yourselves to put away any political views or FEAR of retaliation and put REAL PRESSURE on all Americans to speak out and demand their political leaders vote to impeach Donald J Trump. If not now, when?
I fear there won't be another chance to correct this bold attempt at destroying the will of the American voters. PLEASE show more guts and moral direction than the unfortunate folks formally known as the Republican party.

Did you say the same when Obama caused riots? If he had a son?????
