The Beavers felled Garfield in a one-point game at Seattle Memorial Stadium on Friday, improving their record to 3-1 in Metro League and overall play.
They face one of the top teams in the state in their season finale this coming Thursday, visiting Eastside Catholic at 7 p.m.
Chief Sealth 35, Lakeside 34
Chief Sealth went on the road to Lakeside Friday and also came away with a one-point victory.
The Seahawks carry a 3-1 record into their finale as well, hosting Blanchet at 7 p.m.
Lindbergh 41, Evergreen 20
The Wolverines fell short against the Eagles Thursday in a high-scoring game played at Renton Memorial.
Evergreen entertains Sammamish at 7 p.m. Friday but has two games to go in its Covid shortened season.
Interlake 42, Highline 35
Highline came up one touchdown and conversion short in Friday's game against the Saints.
The Pirates are 1-2 going into a 7 p.m. game at Renton this coming Friday.
West Seattle vs. Franklin
Friday's home game against winless Franklin was cancelled.
West Seattle (2-1) wraps up its season at 7 p.m. Friday at Nathan Hale (2-1).
Mount Rainier vs. Todd Beamer
Friday's road game for the Rams was switched to 4 p.m. Monday on Todd Beamer's actual campus in Federal Way.
