Mount Rainier visits Tahoma with Kent-Meridian at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday and Kennedy Catholic travels to Kentridge at 7 p.m.

Girls basketball

Kennedy Catholic entertains Kentwood at 7 p.m.  Wednesday and Mount Rainier hosts Federal Way at the same time Thursday.

Kennedy Catholic hosts Federal Way at 5:30 p.m. Friday and Mount Rainier goes to Kentwood at 7 p.m.

The Lancers are at Todd Beamer at 7 p.m. Monday with Mount Rainier visiting JFK at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

The Minnesota Twins are in town for a 7:10 p.m. Major League Baseball game at T-Mobile Park this Wednesday.

Tampa Bay is next up at 7:10 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday and at 1:10 p.m. Sunday.

Seattle returns to action Saturday, visiting the Los Angeles Galaxy for a 6 p.m. Major League Soccer match aired on JOEtv.

Storm

Seattle visits Indiana at 4 p.m. Thursday before hosting Washington for a 7 p.m. Tuesday women's basketball game at the Angel of the Winds Arena in Everett.

Seawolves

Seattle's Major League Rugby squad plays a 5 p.m. Sunday home match against Austin at Starfire Stadium in Tukwila on ROOT Sports.

OL Reign

The women's soccer team visits North Carolina for a 1 p.m. Saturday match before hosting Chicago at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Cheney Stadium in Tacoma.

Tacoma is in Las Vegas for this week.
