UPDATE 4:55pm
The outage was reduced from the 2200 to around 399 located between Holly Street SW on the north and Holden Street SW on the South and from Riverview Playfield on the east and 21st SW on the west. Restoration was predicted to be complete after 9pm. There was a one hour outage in Burien that affected thousands caused by a tree fall but crews were able to restore power quickly.

A tree fall is blamed for the outage that knocked out power for more than 2200 City LIght customers in West Seattle on Sunday. The outage began at 12:32pm and restoration was not expected until after 6:30pm.
The outage extended from Brandon Street SW on the north, down 16th and 17th SW near South Seattle College down to nearly 107th SW on the south, running down 9th Ave SW along the way.
