On 12-23-2021 at 5:10am, a male victim stated that he was walking his dog in the area of the 2100 BLK of California Ave SW, and a possible unknown male struck him in the back of the head.

The victim stated that the suspect also struck him in the face.

The victim suffered lacerations, a possible fractured nose, and possible injuries that could lead to blood clots.

Based on the victim’s conflicting statements, he possibly knew the suspect. The victim was transported by AMR to the hospital.
