On 01-09-2022 at 12:15am, officers responded to the 4700 block of 42 AV SW regarding an unintentional discharge of a firearm inside an apartment.

The caller reported he had been practicing weapon manipulations with his newly purchased handgun, which he believed was unloaded, when it discharged.

The round passed through an unoccupied apartment before coming to stop in an unoccupied salon.

Officers retrieved the bullet as evidence.
