She made the emotional announcement on Instagram A "last hurrah" party is scheduled for June 12 from 11am to 9pm. The public is urged to stop in and "Help us out by shopping, drinking and eating everything"
It is bitter sweet but we have decided to close our doors to Lika Love and In the heart.
Making this decision wasn't easy but necessary for financial reasons.
Our landlords are giving us 2 weeks to move out, we have to clear the bar and boutique completely out. We would love to sell all of our product, fixtures, furniture, glassware and bar ware if possible. Selling all this would help us pay off our debt and comfortably move on.
We need your help, please come out and Shop, sip and eat.
Thank you so much for supporting us over the years and helping the brand become successful, being a part of this beautiful community has been so special for us and something we will always cherish. We will miss you all so much and hope to cross paths around the neighborhood.
As far as what's next, honestly I have no idea, I really want to get back to doing the things that bring less stress and more joy. I honestly never recovered from the pandemic and am unsure if I ever will.
We are open normal business hours for the next 2 weeks. June 12th is our last day, our last hurrah and the last day to shop, sip and eat.
Hope to see you soon.
