The 28th annual 4th of July Children’s Parade in West Seattle is fast approaching and it's going be a return to form after two years of cancelling due to the COVID-19 pandemic
Kids on bikes, wagons and in their strollers along with their families ARE the Parade. It’s the cutest family friendly event of the summer!
The event begins at 10am at 44th Avenue SW and Sunset Ave SW so arrive early. Parking is at a minimum so be respectful of the neighbors and drive carefully, lots of kids will be in attendance.
After the parade the children enjoy old fashioned gunny sack races, arts and crafts and various activities presented by local businesses at Hamilton ViewPoint Park.
Many community members and local businesses come together year after year to keep this long standing West Seattle tradition alive. The Children’s Parade is truly an event for and by the West Seattle community.
