Come in costume to collect the candy from the participating White Center Merchants on Sunday Oct. 30 from 1 to 5pm. 

Among the participating merchants are Future Primitive Brewing, the new Nacho Mama's Cafe on Delrdige Way, and Cartwheel Vintage and Consignment and event sponsor Full Tilt Ice Cream.
