A land use application has been filed with the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections to allow a 5-story, 102-unit assisted living facility at 5252 California Ave SW.

This is Aegis Senior Communities doing the construction.

For your reference, this is across the street from West Seattle Nursery. This project has been in development since at least 2018 and has been closed and fenced off since then.

Parking for 42 vehicles is proposed. The existing buildings would be demolished.
