Boys basketball
Mount Rainier visits Puyallup for a 7 p.m. Wednesday playoff game that is loser out.
Girls basketball
Foster travels to Port Angeles for 5 p.m. Wednesday playoff action and Highline visits Steilacoom at 7 p.m.
Boys diving
State action takes place Thursday at the King County Aquatic Center in Federal Way.
Class 3A competition starts off the day at 8:30 a.m., followed by the 4A at 1 p.m. and the 1A/2A at 5:30 p.m.
Boys swimming
Class 3A state preliminaries get underway at 8:45 a.m. Friday at the Aquatic Center with the Class 4A action at 1:30 p.m. and the 1A/2A at 6:15 p.m.
Finals open with 3A action at 8:30 a.m. Saturday and the 4A at 1:15 p.m.
Class 1A/2A finals start at 6 p.m.
Wrestling
State competition for girls and boys takes place this Friday and Saturday at the Tacoma Dome.
The first session runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and the second from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
Championship finals start at 3 p.m. Saturday.
Gymnastics
Mount Rainier hosts regional action Thursday with sessions at 8 a.m. and noon.
Flag football
Highline plays a twin bill at Auburn Saturday, taking on Auburn Mountainview at 11 a.m. and Auburn at noon.
Evergreen meets Auburn-Riverside in a noon Saturday game at Highline Memorial ahead of a 1 p.m. clash with Mount Rainier.
Pros
Kraken
Seattle pays a 4 p.m. Thursday visit to the Boston Bruins before coming home to the Climate Pledge Arena to battle the Detroit Red Wings at 12:30 p.m. Monday.
Thursday's action will be televised on ROOT Sports Northwest and Monday's on ESPN.
Thunderbirds
Seattle hosts Wenatchee for a 7 p.m. Wednesday game at the Showare Center in Kent and visits Everett at 6:05 p.m. Saturday at the Angel of the Winds Arena.
The Thunderbirds visit Prince George at 7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.
Silvertips
Everett goes over to Wenatchee for 7 p.m. Friday action before hosting Seattle at 6:05 p.m. Saturday and Portland at 4:05 p.m. Sunday.
Stars
Tacoma's indoor soccer team visits the Dallas Sidekicks at 5 p.m. Thursday and the Monterrey Flash at 1:35 p.m. Sunday.
Colleges
Husky men
Washington entertains Stanford at 6 p.m. Thursday on ESPN2 and California at 5 p.m. Saturday on the Pac-12 network.
Cougar men
Washington State hosts California at 7 p.m. Thursday and Stanford at 3 p.m. Saturday with both on the Pac-12 network.
Husky women
The UW visits Arizona State for a 5 p.m. Friday game and Arizona for 11 a.m. Sunday action with both carried on Pac-12AZ.
Cougar women
WSU is at Arizona with a 5 p.m. Friday start and at Arizona State at 11 a.m. Sunday.
Both games can be seen on Pac-12WA.
Husky baseball
Washington opens with three games in California at Long Beach State, playing at 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday.
ESPN+ has Friday and Sunday's games.
Husky softball
The Huskies are in Florida for their next six games.
They will be in Clearwater playing Kentucky at 6:30 a.m. Friday, Minnesota at 9:30 a.m. Friday, Wisconsin at 7 a.m. Saturday, Louisiana State at 2 p.m. Saturday and North Carolina at 6:30 a.m. Sunday.
They go to Fort Myers to play Florida Gulf Coast at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
