"Beyond the Cart" a free community reuse and recycling event is set for March 9 in West Seattle.

Sponsored by the West Seattle Junction Association and and the West Seattle Chamber of Commerce you can bring your items (see the list below) to South Seattle College starting at 9am until 12 noon.

• Household batteries
• Fluorescent light bulbs
• Small propane cans
• Small electronics or appliances
• Paper for shredding
• Clothing
• Expanded polystyrene foam blocks and peanuts

No early or late drop offs will be allowed.
