Boys basketball
West Seattle is state bound, playing either Lincoln or Lake Washington in a 2 p.m. Saturday regional game in the Bellevue College gymnasium.
The winner advances to play in the Tacoma Dome at 2 p.m. next Wednesday and the loser is out. Wednesday's game would also be loser out.
Gymnastics
Sammamish High School will be the site of state competition this Thursday through Saturday.
Class 4A team and all-around starts at 6 p.m. Thursday with the individual event championships beginning at 10:45 a.m. Friday.
The Class 1A/2A/3A field is divided into two sessions for team and all-round with starts at 1:40 p.m. Friday and 5:25 p.m. Friday.
Individual event finals begin at 10:45 a.m. Saturday.

Mariners
Seattle opens spring training action in Arizona this Saturday, paying a 12:05 p.m. visit to the Chicago White Sox.
The Mariners host Cleveland at 12:10 p.m. Sunday in Peoria before visiting Cincinnati at 12:05 p.m. Monday and San Francisco at 12:05 p.m. Tuesday.
Saturday and Sunday's action will be televised live on ROOT Sports Northwest.
Sounders
Seattle launches its new men's outdoor soccer season Saturday with a 1:30 p.m. visit to LAFC on Channel 13.
Kraken
Seattle will be at home at the Climate Pledge Arena taking on Vancouver this Thursday, Minnesota this Saturday and Boston on Monday with 7 p.m. starts.

Thunderbirds
Seattle hosts the Everett Silvertips for a 6:05 p.m. Saturday game at the Showare Center in Kent before entertaining Kamloops at 5:05 p.m. Sunday and Regina at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday.

Husky men
Washington visits Arizona State at 6 p.m. Thursday on ESPN2 and Arizona at 11 a.m. Saturday on Channel 7.

Washington State pays an 8 p.m. visit to Arizona this Thursday on Fox Sports 1 before dropping in on Arizona State at 5 p.m. Saturday on ESPN2.
Husky women
The UW hosts Oregon at 7 p.m. Friday and Oregon State at noon Sunday with both games carried on Pac-12WA.
Cougar women
WSU gets a 7 p.m. Friday visit from Oregon State and a noon Sunday visit from Oregon.

Husky baseball
Washington is in Corpus Christi, Texas for three games this week.
The Huskies take on Pittsburgh at noon Friday, Texas A&M at 4 p.m. Saturday and Maryland at 9 a.m. Sunday.
Husky softball
Washington visits Stetson at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in DeLand, Fla. before playing at a tournament at South Florida.
The Huskies battle Oregon State at 10:30 a.m. Thursday and South Florida at 1 p.m. Thursday.
Pittsburgh is the foe at 8:30 a.m. Friday and Loyola Chicago the opponent at 11 a.m. Friday.
Washington meets Yale at 4 p.m. Saturday.
