Rose Glen is an instructional assistant at West Seattle Elementary School. While she was working Thursday her car was stolen from the school parking lot in broad daylight.

She says no officer has been assigned to her case since the department doesn't have resources to dedicate to an auto theft. She's hoping through using GoFundMe that she can either locate her car, or buy a replacement.

MY CAR WAS STOLEN FROM WEST SEATTLE ELEMENTARY

Thursday 2/29/24 from 34th ave in high point outside of westseattle elementary, while i was working between the hours of 7:25am-3pm. I am devastated, i need my transportation to get to and from work i am a instructional assistant, as well to help my mother from time to time. Insurance won’t help me out with anything at the moment, due to investigation and due to shortages no detective has been assigned to my case, haven’t heard any updates.
