The curently vacant land at 3257 Harbor Ave SW is being proposed as the site of a 308 unit apartment building, to be constructed by Bode according to a report in the Puget Sound Business Journal. The property is listed on the City of Seattle's Early outreach for design projects website. As recently as last January the site was considered for a 115 unit project. 

The building would be eight stories tall.

The Journal notes that this proposal is only the second one larger than 100 units listed ciiting the cost of financing as a limiting factor.

Bode is a Seattle based investment, development and management company.
