The Admiral District  Summer Concert Series has rebranded as AMP (Admiral Music in the Parks)  as they stated in an announcement:

"which is more in line for reality since we don't have access to Hiawatha Park for the foreseeable future and we wanted to bring  love to some of our lesser known parks.  This year kicks off Thursday July 18th 6:30pm at Belvedere Park (across the street from the Admiral Lookout). It continues at California Place Park on the 25th and then draws to a close on August 1st at Hamilton Viewpoint. New this year we have partnered with Soiree to offer the opportunity to preorder a picnic dinner and have it delivered to you at the concert.

"We are not going to lie, despite the generosity of so many people and our efforts to scale back on production costs, finances are tight this year for bringing all of our Summer events to the neighborhood.  We are specifically looking for more resources for the Admiral Funktion Block party.  Any gift of $25 will get the generous soul a raffle ticket for one of our giant baskets filled with donations from our vendors as well as many of our local business partners.  last years baskets were all valued at over $500 a piece.  If you would like to get in on that action and help us bring this event to you, please hit the donate button at the top or bottom of the page, choose your amount and designate it for the Block party.  Then we will enter you name in the drawings on the day of the event."
