The King County Medical Examiner has identified the woman shot on Tuesday afternoon as Tamara Towers Parry 57, She died of multiple gunshot wounds. The Seattle Police Blotter stated today that "The investigation revealed that two subjects arrived at the home to serve paperwork to a 57-year-old female resident. The resident exited the home and presented a shotgun. One of the subjects, a 40-year-old male, fired his handgun, shooting the woman in the torso. The female succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
According to a post on the UW Daily on Jan 20 Towers Parry was part of the mob that stormed the US Capitol on Jan 6 2021. She was a graduate of UW Medicine in 1994. Towers Parry posted a video on TikTok that was later deleted, shot that day in Washington DC.

Seattle Police responded to 911 calls shortly after 1pm to a home in the 4400 block of SW Hudson Street south of the West Seattle junction to reports of a shooting.
According to Detective Brian Pritchard the Press Information Officer on the scene, a 57 year old woman had been shot suffering multiple wounds. When EMT's arrived she was pronounced dead at the scene.
He said three people were involved and that the investigation was now in the hands of Homicide Detectives.
A neighbor said she heard "two really loud gunshots" around that time and another said the resident of the home had previously displayed a large flag outside the house.
Reporters on the scene asked if this was an eviction in process but this was not confirmed by police.
