Fire units on the street outside a fire in a single family residence on 17th SW on Friday night.

A large response was given to a single family residence fire at 8137 17th SW on Friday night around 9:30pm, Four or five ladder trucks, and up to 22 units were involved.
All occupants were evacuated safely and per scanner report they said they believed it started in the electrical panel in the basement. Firefiighters reported a lot of white smoke and power arcing on the outside of the building.
The fire was under control within 30 minutes.
