1. The resident of 31602 42nd Avenue Southwest notified police that his vehicle was broken into his truck overnight while parked in his driveway. The man told officers that he noticed the driver's side door lock of his 2003 Ford was punched. The vehicle sustained no further damage, but the owner reported $70 in cash missing, as well as all of his vehicle papers and a spare set of keys to his RV.
2. Federal Way officers contacted the resident of 32130 19th Lane Southwest, #170 regarding a 911 hang-up. The woman there stated that she had her husband had been arguing and that it was not physical, just verbal. She does not know who called 911. The woman and her husband were arguing over items left at another residence. She told police that she is not afraid of her husband and does not think there will be a problem when he returns.
3. The resident of 1688 South 348th Street, #229, intercepted a possible break-in or theft to his vehicle parked outside his apartment. The man saw another vehicle pull in behind his bronze 2004 Ford, and then he saw the lights turned on in his vehicle. After yelling at the subjects from his window, the man returned to his vehicle and noticed the door lock broken.
4. A suspect was cited for obstruction and interfering with police at 29324 18th Avenue South. The person was also charged with giving false information to police.
5. A residential burglary and forced entry was called in at 32117 39th Avenue South around 9:30 p.m.
6. Federal Way police responded to a robbery and strongarm call at the Shell gas station at 28806 Pacific Highway South.
7. Officers arrived at 32905 19th Place South, #G-201, where a victim reported receiving threatening phone calls from a suspect. The incident stemmed from a dispute over a couch that a brother allegedly gave the victim, then wanted back. The suspect then left a threatening message on the victim's phone.
8. The Macy's store at the Commons, located at 1901 South Commons, reported theft from their store. A suspect allegedly selected three Ecko shirts from the display and concealed them. The suspect then attempted to leave Macy's without paying. The suspect was caught and detained, and the merchandise was returned to the store.
9. A vehicle theft was reported from The Heights apartment complex at 125 Southwest Campus Drive. The registered owner of the Grey 1990 Nissan told police that no one has permission to use or be inside his vehicle. Federal Way police found no evidence or suspects at the scene.
10. Officers responded to a possible fraud case at 1300 Southwest Campus Drive, #57-1, where the resident told officers that he checked his bank statement in August and discovered that an unknown subject completed two transactions totaling $872.10. Bank of America gave the victim two names of possible suspects, which he gave to police.
