Centerstage kicks off the 2006-2007 Season with its annual Murder Mystery Event.

Since the Federal Way theatre company began the Mystery tradition in 2004, the annual audience participation events have been sellouts...and a key part of Centerstage's fundraising efforts.

This year's mystery, Eve's Chain, tells the story of Dr. Murchison Cush, a specialist in the treatment of violent criminals, who has summoned a group of medical professionals (the audience) to a special symposium on his work. He believes he has discovered a medication that eliminates violent behavior - but without the usual unpleasant side effects. In evidence, he presents his star patient, Eve Vassal, the notorious "Popsicle Killer."

But all does not go according to plan...

The cast of Eve's Chain includes some of the top talent in the Seattle region: Keith Dahlgren, Jennifer Chadwick, Anne Kennedy, Rachel DeShon, Vincent Orduna,

Jon Lutyens and Centerstage Artistic Director, Alan Bryce.

Eve's Chain will be performed at the Twin Lakes Country Club in Federal Way on Friday, September 15 at 6:30 p.m. Admission includes dinner with a choice of

Top Sirloin, Chicken Marsala or Salmon with dill sauce.
