3. An unnamed woman contacted Federal Way police to report lewdness she witnessed from a man at the bus stop near 2100 Southwest 320th Street. The woman's report indicated that an unknown suspect approached her by the bus stop and began engaging her in conversation. He later inquired whether the woman was a prostitute. The woman told the man no. While seated at the bus stop, the woman then noticed that the man's penis was exposed. The incident took place around 11:20 p.m. on March 12. 4. The driver of a green 2000 Dodge with Washington plates contacted the Federal Way police to report that he had been a victim of a hit-and-run. His statement to the police indicates that he was driving westbound on State Route 18 when he turned on 16th Avenue. When he turned onto 16th Avenue, he was then involved in an accident with the driver of a white BMW. The woman who was driving the BMW turned right into the nearest parking lot. The victim then followed her through the parking lot to contact her about the accident. The suspect waited until the victim parked in the parking stall and then fled the scene. The event took place at 34700 16th Avenue South around 6:40 p.m. on March 11.
