Suspicious circumstances reported at Greystone Apartments

6. Federal Way officers finally caught up with suspect Edward A. Jewell in the parking lot of an apartment complex located at 3200 Military Road South. Officers suspect that Jewell was driving erratically around the parking lot in an attempt to hide from the police. The suspect, Jewell, identified himself with Washington ID. After running his name though the system, dispatch reported that Jewell had an outstanding Federal Way warrant for driving with a suspended license in the third degree. Jewell was detained by officers while the warrant was checked and confirmed, and was later arrested without incident. Federal Way officers transported Jewell to the Fife Jail without incident. 8. Federal Way officers responded to a 911 call from an unnamed driver who told dispatch that he was following a suspect who he believed was driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
