Glenn C. Proctor, the man Federal Way Police searched for in connection with the
January 18 Transit Center shooting, has turned himself in.
Representatives from the FWPD said Proctor, 20, was arrested and booked into
jail.
The Federal Way Police Department issued a warrant for the arrest of Glenn C.
Proctor, 20, for the murder of Darrel L. Miller at the Federal Way Transit
Center.
Stacy Flores, Public Information Officer of the FWPD, the department was able to
identify a suspect as a result of an intensive investigation with the assistance
of multiple agencies.
According to police, Proctor used a handgun to commit this murder and is to be
considered Armed and Dangerous.
On Friday, January 18, Federal Way police discovered Darrel Lenea Miller, a
38-year-old white female from White Center, suffering from a gunshot wound at
the Federal Way Transit Center.
Miller was transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with life
threatening injuries where she later died as a result of her injuries.
Police believe she was not the intended target of the gunfire that erupted from
the Transit Center last week.
