You are hereby summoned to appear within (60) sixty days after the date of the first publication of this Summons, to wit, within sixty days after the 1st day of February, 2006, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff, RICHARD F. WOLLACK, claiming successor of Florian R. Wollack, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff, Galvin Realty Law Group, PS, at the office address below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgement will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint which has been filed with the Clerk of the Court.

The object of the action is to recover damages caused by the Defendant's breach of contract. The Defendant executed a promissory note on August 10, 1995, in favor of Florian Wollack, for the principal amount of $35,000 with interest from August 10, 1995 on the unpaid principal at the rate of 12% annually.
