I. WARNINGS TO THE RESPONDENT
VIOLATION OF ANY PROVISION OF THIS COURT ORDER DATED AUGUST 16, 2006, WITH ACTUAL NOTICE OF ITS TERMS IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE AND WILL SUBJECT A VIOLATOR TO ARREST. RCW 26.50. YOU CAN BE ARRESTED EVEN IF THE PERSON WHO OBTAINED THIS ORDER INVITES OR ALLOWS YOU TO VIOLATE THE ORDER'S PROHIBITIONS.
II. ORDERS
The Respondent, SAMANTHA ARELLANO, shall: (1) Not commit acts of abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation against EVELYN B. TUDOR; and
(2) Not knowingly come or remain within 100 feet of EVELYN B. TUDOR, or her residence, directly or indirectly, wherever or by whatever means, except for the mailing or service of process of Court documents by a third party or Respondent; and
(3) Not access, dispose of, take, or transfer property or funds of any account the bears the name of EVELYN B. TUDOR.
A copy of the petition, notice of hearing, order to show cause, ex parte Order, and leave to serve by publication are on file with the clerk of this Court.
