NOTICE OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE DISCHARGE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 7819-01

TAKE NOTICE:

That Salmon Bay Marine Center located at 2300 West Commodore Way, Seattle, Washington

has filed an application for an industrial waste discharge permit to discharge contaminated

industrial stormwater into West Point Treatment Plant from its shipyard in the amount of 518,400 gallons per day following treatment and in-plant control and in compliance with rules and regulations of the King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks; Washington

State Department of Ecology; and the Environmental Protection Agency.

The approximate point of discharge is 2300 West Commodore Way, Seattle, Washington.

Any person desiring to express their view, or to be notified of the King County Department of

Natural Resources and Parks' action on this application, should notify the King County Industrial

Waste Program at 130 Nickerson Street, Suite 200, Seattle, WA 98109, in writing, of their

interest within thirty days of the last date of publication of this notice.
