Explosion: July 4 - in the 19800 block of 8th Ave. S, between 12 a.m. and 4 a.m., a portable toilet exploded by unknown suspects at North Hill school. Total loss is $1,000.

SOAP Violation: July 6 - S. 216th St. and Pacific Highway S, at 9 a.m. An 18-year-old female was in the Stay Out of Area of Prostitution (SOAP) on Pacific Highway. She was jaywalking. When officers questioned her, she claimed to be shopping but failed to produce any evidence.
