An eight-year-old Boulevard Park boy was seriously injured when he was struck by a pickup truck Sept. 10.

According to King County Sheriff's deputies, the vehicle struck the boy while he was riding a bicycle near the intersection of First Avenue South and South 110th Street.

The boy, who was taken to Harborview Medical Center, was not identified and no condition update was available.

No charges were filed against the driver last week.
