The state Public Disclosure Commission recently found two Highline-area candidates in violation of state campaign-finance laws.
Robert Hall, a candidate for SeaTac City Council, was fined $200 for failure to file the Candidate Registration Statement and a Statement of Financial Affairs within two weeks of becoming a candidate. His forms were filed Sept. 6.
Ricardo Frazer, a candidate for the Tukwila School Board, was fined $300 for failure to file the Candidate Registration Statement and a Statement of Financial Affairs within two weeks of becoming a candidate. His forms still had not been filed.
