Highline 3, Lindbergh 0
The Pirates outdistanced Lindbergh, 25-17, 25-17, 25-19, in Seamount League action Tuesday, Oct. 11.
Catie Vigen scored eight kills, two aces and three blocks as Vila Eneliko racked up four kills and two aces. Rachel Johnston had eight kills and three digs, Nellie Tuilemotu 12 assists and Ashley Vaughn 18 assists.
Sequim 3, SCS 1
Sequim scored a 25-19, 25-17, 23-25, 25-16 victory over Seattle Christian.
Lydia Huget of the Warriors had eight kills, one ace, one assist and 12 digs and Annika Linman 24 assists, nine digs, four aces and one kill. Gillian Linman had 14 kills, 12 blocks and 20 digs and Megan Collier five blocks, two kills and two digs.
SCS 3, Eatonville 0
Seattle Christian scored a 25-17, 25-17, 25-22 victory over Eatonville in a Nisqually League battle.
Annika Linman had one kill, three aces, 22 assists and three digs and Gillian Linman 10 kills, four aces, 10 digs and seven blocks. Candy Oftebro had eight kills, four aces and two digs.

Mount Rainier posted a 25-16, 25-15, 25-19 win over the Wolverines Tuesday, Oct. 11.
Sel Barakel had three aces, four digs and four kills for the Rams, while Lynnae Wilson scored four aces and three kills. Leka Kaufusi had one block, one dig and five kills. Louisa Kaufusi had three aces and three kills.

The Lancers topped the Highlanders, 25-19, 25-14, 25-16, in action Tuesday, Oct. 11.
Rachel Moran had 15 assists and four digs and Stephanie Slatt seven kills, two aces, and two digs. Angela Smith had seven kills, two aces and two digs and Stephanie Arntz eight assists.
Renton 3, Tyee 2
Renton outlasted the Totems, 16-25, 25-22, 25-18, 22-25, 15-13, Tuesday, Oct. 11. Barbara Yandell had 10 aces, four kills, one dig and 14 assists for Tyee and Moonie Fuavai nine aces, four kills and one assist. Murphie Muir had one ace, eight kills and one block and Katalina Taimi eight kills and one block.

Christian Faith Center was a 25-21, 25-18, 19-25, 25-22 winner over Northwest Yeshiva Tuesday, Oct. 11.

Mount Rainier downed the Highlanders Thursday, 25-16, 25-23, 19-25, 25-20. Barakel had seven aces, two digs and six kills and Lorrin Rondeau three digs and eight kills. Lynnae Wilson had one ace, one dig and six kills and Leka Kaufusi 11 kills, five aces, two digs and two blocks. Hope Taoipu had 22 assists, two kills, two digs and one ace and Shawna Madson 14 digs and one kill.

The Totems were topped by the Eagles Thursday, 25-21, 25-22, 26-24. Barbara Yandell scored 10 aces, one block and eight assists and Murphie Muir two aces and four kills.
Highline 3, Renton 0
Highline posted a 25-9, 25-11, 25-17 victory Thursday.
Kennedy 3, Evergreen 1
Kennedy came through with a 25-16, 25-12, 20-25, 25-19 win Thursday.
Arntz had 13 assists, one ace and four digs and Moran 15 assists, one ace, one dig and five kills. Kailey Hutchinson had seven kills, five digs and one ace and Angela Smith six kills, three digs and one ace. Slatt scored six aces, three kills, three blocks, two digs and two assists. Brittany Montgomery had five aces, four digs and three kills.

Kennedy 62, Highline 14
The Lancers enjoyed a big win Saturday, Jan. 8 against another of their crosstown opponents.
Lonzell Hill scored their first touchdown on a 1-yard run and Trevor Steen nailed the extra point. Jeremy Bland followed with a 41-yard touchdown run and Everette Thompson snagged a 44-yard pass from Bobby Gentry.
Bily Gonzales scored on a 26-yard pass from Gentry, then Bland scored on a 45-yard run and Hill on an 8-yard run.
Andy Paulsen put the Pirates on the board in the third quarter by catching a 13-yard TD pass from Anthony Watkins.
JFK's Chris Herring ran 1-yard for a touchdown to open the fourth quarter. Watkins scored on a 4-yard run and a two-yard run for the conversion for Highline.
Steen finished with six conversion kicks for Kennedy and teammate Jacob Prato kicked two toward the end of the game.
Lindbergh 42, Tyee 7
Tyee was grounded by Lindbergh Saturday, 42-7. The Totems' only touchdown was a 2-yard run. The conversion kick was good to make it 21-7 at the time.
Hazen 45, Evergreen 27
Evergreen lost a high-scoring affair Thursday.
Kennedy 35, Mt. R. 7
Jeremy Bland sparked the Lancers early by scoring on a 7-yard run. Trevor Steen then made his first of five successful extra point attempts.
Craig Robinson of Mount Rainier then scored on a 1-yard run and Ricky Dorward made the extra point, but it was all Kennedy from there.
Bland scored on an 11-yard run and Tyrese Lopez on a 1-yard run. Nate Williams ran the ball in from the 10 and Bland scored again, this time from nine yards out.

Bell ran for a 12-yard touchdown and Farrell for a 2-yard touchdown in Friday's game. Sullivan was successful on both conversion attempts.

Annie Bertuccio earned the shutout as the goalie for the Rams Tuesday, Oct. 11. Becky Harris scored on a Susie Faist assistin the fourth minute and Nicole Murray put in a Jordan Taylor assist in the 17th. Sam Brown was assisted by Sarah Martinez and Murray in the 22nd and Shelby Blair struck on a Harris assist in the 78th.

Whitney Wagner recorded the shutout for the Pirates in their Tuesday, Oct. 11 game.
Kaitlyn Heinsohn opened with a goal on a Maddie Guidos assist in the 17th minute and Joie Howell put in a Kayci Donatelli assist in the 34th.
Donetelli scored unassisted in the 49th minute and Guidos on a Heinsohn assist in the 52nd. Jane Connelly was assisted by Heinsohn and Donetelli in the 54th minute and Donetelli by Howell and Heinsohn in the 57th. Heinsohn scored on a Donatelli assist in the 60th minute and Howell scored unassisted in the 61st. Connelly scored on a Heinsohn assist in the 67th minute and Heinsohn on a Donatelli assist in the 80th.

Bertuccio earned another shutout for the Rams Thursday. Nicole Murray scored in the 20th minute and Harris struck on a Sarah Ferrin assist in the 24th. Chanel Fuchigami was assisted by Ferrin in the 61st.

Amanda Arntz started the Lancers off with a score in the third minute on a Gabby Besaw assist. Besaw scored on an assist from Jackie Thomas and Arntz in the 23rd. Donatelli scored in the 43rd minute for Highline on a Whitney Wagner assist.
SCS 5, Port Townsend 1
Noelle Simpson scored the Warriors' first goal in the 24th minute on a Katie Haynes assist, and Simpson assisted Haynes on the next goal. Alyssa Harney was assisted by Haynes in the 46th minute and Simpson was assisted by Elissa Kane in the 55th. Lisa Luedeman scored unassisted in the 77th minute.

Amy Anderson earned the shutout Friday and Grace Bender scored the Eagles' goal in the 66th minute.

Brianne Lindblad of the Lancers won the 200-yard freestyle in 2 minutes, 2.50 seconds and Rachael McKay took the 50 free in 26.81. Courtney Strong won diving and Molly Bohmer the 100 free in 1:00.03. McKay won the 500 free in 5:25.70 and Kennedy also won the 200 free relay in 1:57.21. Lindblad was the winner of the 100 back in 1:01.64 and Allie Vetterlein was the winner of the 100 breaststroke in 1:15.24. Kennedy took the 400 free relay in 4:23.60.
Mt. Rainier 102, Highline 68
Highline opened its Tuesday, Oct. 11 meet by winning the 200 medley relay in 2:05.43 and the Pirates also had Beth Cate win the 200 free in 2:01.77. Allyson Schumacher won the 200 individual medley in 2:19.99 for Mount Rainier and Mica Bailey of the Pirates won the 50 free in 26.65. Maria Rice of Mount Rainier won the 100 butterfly in 1:05.46 and she also took the 100 free in 57.61. Cate captured first in the 500 free in 5:22.51 and Mount Rainier won the 200 freerelay in 1:48.63. Schumacher took the 100 back in 1:05.60 and teammate Liz Althauser the 100 breast in 1:15.91. The final 400 free relay went to Mount Rainier in 3:56.61.
Renton 95, Evergreen 73
Andrea Aronson won the 50 free in 28.34 for Evergreen's only win Tuesday, Oct. 11.
Kennedy 111, Fife 60
Kennedy took the 200 medley relay in 2:08.29 and Allie Vetterlein won the 200 free in 2:06.84. Brianne Lindblad won the 50 free in 25.76 and Molly Bohmer the 100 fly in 1:12.35. Rachael McKay won the 100 free in 58.60 and Coral Sorensen won the 100 back in 1:10.78. McKay won the 100 breast in 1:15.44 and the Lancers won the 400 free relay in 4:24.24.
Highline 111, Clover Pk. 50
Highline won the 200 medley relay in 2:09.41 Thursday and Megan Low won the 200 IM in 2:33.00. Emily Howell-Forbes scored 107.00 points in winning the diving competition and Mica Bailey won the 100 fly in 1:08.58. Highline took the 200 free relay in 2:02.68 and Jordan O'Brien won the 100 back in 1:20.08. Highline took the 400 free relay in 4:23.20.
Cross country
Kennedy
Both the Lancer boys and girls teams took a pair of losses as the regular season concluded Thursday.
The boys took a 16-46 loss to Lindbergh and a 17-42 loss to Renton. The girls lost to Renton, 15-45, and to Hazen, 15-45.

Stephanie Corey led the Rams with a medalist round of 39 Thursday.
