In the October 12 Times/News there were three letters to the editor from Lamphear supporters.

One from Pat Dooley who puts out the nasty little signs against Rose Clark and two from citizens saying things about me that are not true.

I do not believe in "dirty" campaign tactics. I believe in giving voters accurate information about financial contributions to campaigns and voting records. Telling the truth about the public record of a candidate is not "bad-mouthing."

I believe in the importance of integrity, which is why we have reported Lamphear
