While we wrap up another memorable year in Federal Way, the staff of the Federal Way News decided to look back on a prosperous year in the city's history and sift through the archives of our stories from 2005. From the city's decision to buy 80-year-old Camp Kilworth, the 15th anniversary of incorporation, to the bold, new steps in the direction of economic development and downtown revitalization, this year has demonstrated the growth and maturation of a young and vibrant community.
