As an older senior I have been quite healthy during my life span. However, I recently felt I had symptoms of the flu, a self-diagnosis which took me to the doctor’s office.
After testing, the doctor found I found I had an infection.
The doctor said his prescription would be a little expensive. But it was a sticker shock when the pharmacist handed me the bill. Each pill cost $12.85. Thank goodness the prescription was only for only seven pills.
Is this why these drug manufacturers have such huge profits?
