On Saturday, March 4, Seattle SuperSonics forward Rashard Lewis joined Explorer West Middle School for a food drive to benefit Northwest Harvest. With the help and support from the West Seattle Thriftway, Westwood QFC, Bank of America, and Bird on a Wire Espresso, among others, Explorer West was able to collect enough food and cash to feed 1,250 families.
