NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Notice of Intention has been filed with the King County Council proposing the transfer of a portion of Val Vue Sewer District to Midway Sewer District to provide for better service to the properties.

A public hearing before the Metropolitan King County Council is to be held in Room 1001, King County Courthouse, on April 24, 2006 at 1:30 p.m.

A description of the area to be annexed is as follows:

That portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 27, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County Washington, described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of said subdivision:

Thence South 88¡25'50" East on the South line of said subdivision a distance of 930.12 feet;

Thence North 01¡17'10" West 30 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 27,

McMicken Heights Division No. 2 according to the unrecorded plat thereof and the

POINT OF BEGINNING;

Thence North 01¡17'10" West on the west line of said Lot 143.765 feet;

Thence South 88¡31'22" East on the north line of the south half of Lots 3-8 of said plat,

531.14 feet to a point on the east line of lot 8 of said plat;

Thence North 01¡17'10" East on said line 10.12 feet,

Thence South 88¡35'00" East 205.50 feet;

Thence South 01¡17'10" West 142.87 feet to a point 42 feet north of the South line of said

subdivision being the north margin of S. I76th Street;

Thence North 88¡28'50" West on said line, 205.50 feet to a point on the east line of said lot 8;

Thence South 01¡17'10" West 12 feet to a point 30 feet north of the South line of said

subdivision being the north margin of S. 176th Street;

Thence North 88¡28'50" West on said line 531.14 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

Being known as the south half of Lots 3-8 and portions of Lots 9-11, Block 27 of McMicken Heights

Division No. 2 according to the unrecorded plat thereof.
