NOTICE OF SERVICE OF PUBLICATION: Please take notice that, by Order dated April 7, 2006, Debra Kelly dba Kelly-Nehemiah Cosmetics is hereby summoned and required to file an answer to the Complaint filed on November 30, 2005 in the civil proceeding of Washington Community for Self-Help v. Debra Kelly dba Kelly-Nehemiah Cosmetics, Case Number 05-2-38770-0SEA. You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty days after April 19, 2006, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the complaint of the Plaintiff, Washington Community Alliance for Self-Help, and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for plaintiff, Dave Spicer at his office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. This action pertains to Defendant's default in payment of loan given by Washington Cash to Defendant.
