NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Midway Sewer District will receive sealed bids for the purchase of a pump station control panel capable of operating two forty horsepower sewage pumps.

The bids for the above equipment shall be received at the District office, 3030 S. 240th St., Kent, WA 98098 (PO Box 3487) until 10 AM on the 21st day of June, 2006, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.

Each bid shall detail compliance with the terms and condition of the purchase and the specifications therof, which terms, conditions and specifications are on file and available for public inspection at normal working hours of the District at their office above stated.

Each bid shall be submitted in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Revised Code of Washington 57.08.050(1), a copy of which is also available for public inspection at the District office. The District reserves the right to reject and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding
