There are no witnesses, suspects or physical evidence, and officers have closed the case pending new leads.

2. The maintenance person of a church located at 1829 South 308th Street called Federal Way police to report a red 1990 Dodge parked at the church for the past two weeks. The door was locked and the passenger door unlocked. The report indicates that the vehicle appears drivable. Officers recovered one fingerprint from the gear shift and submitted it to the lab for analysis.

3. Officers responded to a residence at 34515 9th Avenue South in reference to a man with an injured hand. Federal Way police interviewed a man who stated he was walking on an unknown street when a black Ford Expedition drove by with a black male passenger. The passenger, the man said, stuck a pistol out of the window and shot him through the left hand. The man was very evasive and would not provide any further information to the officers.
Woman engages in harassment with boyfriend's wife
4. A woman, who lives in an apartment complex at 1914 Southwest 318th Place, called Federal Way police to report that she was receiving harassing phone calls. The report states that she told officers she and her husband had recently separated. Her husband and another woman are now in a dating relationship. The new girlfriend called the man's wife and left a message on her machine shortly before midnight on June 7. The message described how the woman had been sleeping with the victim's husband. The officer warned both parties that neither wanted contacted with the other, and that further contact would lead to arrest.
Verbal domestic dispute occurs at apartment complex
5. Officers arrived at the scene of a domestic dispute at an apartment complex near 27606 Pacific Highway South. Upon arrival, officers determined that the involved couple was divorced but residing together. They were involved in an argument over a picture of the man's new girlfriend. Both parties stated that no assault occurred.
