PROPOSED ORDINANCE CONTINUING MORATORIUM ON PERMITTING GROUP HOMES, RETIREMENT, NURSING OR CONVALESCENT HOMES, AND CONGREGATE CARE FACILITIES ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NUMBER 727 AND EXTENDED BY ORDINANCE NUMBER 735, 750, 762 AND 772

The City Council of Normandy Park invites all interested parties to attend a Public Hearing on August 8, 2006, at 7:30 PM to discuss a proposed Ordinance to continue a moratorium on permitting group homes, retirement, nursing or convalescent homes, and congregate care facilities.

A copy of the proposed ordinance is available at the City Clerk's Office at the City Hall address or by calling 206-248-7603.

Interested persons may provide testimony either in writing or by appearing at the Public Hearing. Please submit written comments to the City Council, Attn: City Clerk, City Hall, 801 SW 174th Street, Normandy Park, Washington 98166.
