Darshan Singh JOURHA, dba D. S. Electric, Plaintiff,

vs.

Balhar SINGH, Parmjeet SINGH, SINGH & SINGH INCORPORATED, NIJJER ENTERPRISES L.L.C., CITY BANK, Phillip Y. EUN, and all persons claiming any right, title or interest in the subject real property,

Defendants.

The State of Washington to the said Balhar Singh, Parmjeet Singh, Singh & Singh Incorporated, Nijjer Enterprises L.L.C., City Bank, Phillip Y Eun, and to all other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the subject real property described herein.

You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (6) days after the date of the first publication of this Summons, to-wit, within sixty (60) days after the 28th day of June, 2006, and defend the above entitled action in the above entitled court, and answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff, Darshan Singh, dba D.S. Electric, and serve a copy of your Answer upon the undersigned attorneys for Plaintiff, Law Office of Gerald F. Robison, at his office, below stated: and in case of your failure to do so, Judgement will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said court. This is an action to foreclose on that certain real property located in King County, Washington, legally described as:

PARCEL A:

Lots 15 and 16, Block 3, federal highway addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in volume 30 of plats, page(s) 1, in King County, Washington;

Except those portions thereof conveyed to the State of Washington for highway purposes by deeds recorded under recording numbers 5069019 and 5025704.

PARCEL B:

That portion of Lot 17, block 3, federal highway addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 30 of Plats, page(s) 1, in King County, Washington, lying northwesterly of the following described right of way line. As described in deed from the State of Washington to King Arms Corporation, a Washington corporation, recorded under recording number 8009190908, as follows:

Beginning at a point opposite highway engineer's station 2278+00 on the principle survey line to State Highway number 5, Pierce County line to JCT SSH, No. 5-A, and South 85¡19'30" West 155 feet therefrom;

Thence South 20¡00'00" West 540 feet, more or less, to a point 115 feet northeasterly, when measure radially, from the A line survey of said highway;

Thence northwesterly, parallel with said A line survey, 50 feet to the end of this right of way line description.
