Kennedy cruised to a victory against the Highlanders Tuesday, Sept. 12.
Katie Dunphy scored the first JFK goal on an Amanda Arntz assist and Siera Miller struck on an Arntz assist in the 24th minute. Burr and Arntz then scored unassisted goals and Arntz knocked in an Arntz assist. Jackie Thomas followed with an unassisted goal and Marissa Monson was assisted by Thomas. Thomas was then assisted by Julia Besagno.

Brianna Lemarr earned the shutout for the Pirates on Tuesday, Sept. 12. Estelle Hage scored Highline's first goal on a Kaitlyn Heinsohn assist in the 28th minute and Jane Connelly scored on a Maddie Guidos assist in the 57th.

Jessica Kane earned the Warriors' shutout on goal in Tuesday, Sept. 12, action. Noelle Simpson and Lisa Leuderman started off the SCS scoring and the Warriors never looked back.

Bertucio recorded the shutout for the Rams against Auburn-Mountainview in Saturday, Sept.9 action. Shelby Blair scored on a Jarin Storrs assist and Chanel Fuchigami struck unassisted.

After a scoreless first half, Felicia Rova scored on a Sabrina Hunter assist in the 50th minute and Shelby Klein struck unassisted in the 70th before Renton could score its lone goal.

The Rams absorbed a shutout loss at the hands of Lindbergh Thursday.

Jessica Kane earned Friday's shutout for the Warriors. Alyssa Harney opened the scoring with a goal off a Noelle Simpson assist and Rachel Busick tallied the second on an Alyssa Kane assist. Kane then assisted Simpson before Harney scored the final goal unassisted.

Seattle Christian scored a close win in Nisqually League action last Wednesday, 25-22, 25-21, 23-25,13-25,15-4. Lydia Huget scored 13 kills and Annika Linman 15 assists as Kristen Yapp led with 15 digs and Alyssa Abe had seven kills and three blocks.

The Pirates posted a 25-16, 25-11, 24-26, 25-18 win over the Rams Tuesday, Sept. 12.
Catie Vigen had 20 kills, two blocks and four aces and Shannyn Fisher nine kills, nine digs and two aces. Lyuda Kozodoy had five kills, three blocks and three aces and Julia Vigen five kills and 38 assists. Kiana Sue scored 21 digs and three aces.

Tobias Togi scored Evergreen's first touchdown Friday, Sept. 8 on a 6-yard run and scored on a 3-yard run in the fourth quarter. Randal Henderson scored on a 3-yard run in the second quarter. The Wolverines failed on all three conversion attempts.

Foster rolled to a non-league win over the nearby Totems Friday, Sept. 8.
Jeremy Uhila sent the Bulldogs on their way to victory by scoring on a 26-yard pass from Nick Rodriguez. Trent Bell did the rest of the team's scoring on a 1-yard run, a 52-yard pass from Rodriguez, a 16-yard run and a 3-yard run. Kent Kramer kicked the PAT after the final two touchdowns.
For Tyee, Malcolm Garrison scored on a 28-yard run Maxwelle Fola threw a 17-yard touchdown pass.

The Lancers found Husky Stadium playing an out of state foe to their liking Saturday, Sept. 9.
Jesse Roe scored on a 5-yard run, then Nate Williams struck on a 27-yard pass from Bobby Gentry. Williams followed with rushing scores of 5, 1 and 9 yards and Kevin Freitag earned a safety. Roe scored the final touchdown on an 11-yard run. Jacob Prato kicked five conversion attempts.

Trent Bell highlighted Friday's game for Foster with an 85-yard touchdown run. Jeremy Uhita later scored for the Bulldogs on a 70-yard fumble return. Jamari Haynes kicked the extra point.

Casey Hoffman won the 200-yard freestyle in 2:10.95 Thursday, Sept. 7 Brianne Lindblad took the 200 individual medley in 2:15.95. Daniele Rousch scored 162.40 points to take diving for JFK and Emily Fenster won the 100 butterfly in1:05.41. Kirsti Kaarrekoski won the 100 free in 1:10.75 and the Lancers won the 200 free relay in 1:48.16. Lindblad took the 100 backstroke in 1:48.16 and Kelsey Bailey won the 100 breaststroke in 1:22.59. JFK also won the 400 free relay in 4:08.49.
Mt. Rainier 148, Tyee 8
The Rams kept the Totems from scoring any first place finishes in the Thursday, Sept. 7 action. Mount Rainier took the 200 medley relay in 2:09,18 and Gansneder won the 200 free in 2:10.98 with Rice winning the 200 individual medley in 2:24.15 and Caetano the 50 free in 28.29. Kivlahan scored 137.00 points to win diving and Rice won the 100 butterfly in 1:07.02. Caetano won the 100 free in 1:03.86 and Gansneder the 500 free in 5:40.63. The Rams won the 200 free relay in 1:54.82 with Wilson winning the 100 back in 1:07.92 and Wilson taking the 100 breast in 1:14.68. Mount Rainier won the final 400 free relay in 4:25.58.
Mt. R. 122, Highline 61
Mount Rainier took the opening 200-yard medley in a time of 2 minutes, 3.83 seconds Thursday and Highline's Beth Cate won the 200 free in 1:59.32. Molly Larson of the Rams won the 200 IM in 2:20.14 and Highline's Brenda Foster won the 50 free in 26.96. Liz Nugent of Mount Rainier scored 151.55 points to win diving and Cate took the ensuing 100 butterfly in 1:01.34. Foster took the 100 free in 59.12 and Haley Gansneder won the 500 free in 5:38,28 for Mount Rainier. Highline took the 200 free relay in 1:49.93 and the Rams' Maria Rice won the 100 backstroke in in 1:06.56. Hannah Pochepan of Mount Rainier won the 100 breaststroke in 5:38.28 and Mount Rainier took the final 400 free relay in 3:58.44.
